Enfoque UTE is an open-access scientific journal. It publishes original articles in the fields of environmental, food, agricultural, mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering, computer science, and industrial and manufacturing engineering. The journal accepts manuscripts written only in English.
This issue of Enfoque UTE brings together four research papers and two review articles that highlight the breadth and impact of engineering and applied sciences. The contributions include studies on protein extraction and characterization, information security management in industrial environments, and a comparative analysis of wireless power and data transmission methods. Further works explore innovative applications of artificial intelligence in agro-industry, consumer perception of dairy products, and structural analysis applied to racing vehicles.
